Something amazing happens when classic earl grey tea is steeped right into milk and cream. The floral, citrusy essence of bergamot orange in the tea really stands out and the taste is somehow both familiar and exotic. We take this flavor one step further by laying it with pieces of our housemade honeycomb candy to create delicious pockets of sweet honey throughout.
